the staff were friendly, always ready to assist. the resort provided a wonderful experience. the food offered variety. i appreciated the size of my room. there were ample sunbeds near the pools. i loved the relaxed atmosphere.
the music around the family pool was quite loud. it made relaxation in other areas difficult. i hope they consider lowering the volume.

I found the food variety quite excellent, with many options available daily. I especially liked the fresh fruit juice bar. the staff was generally attentive, particularly in the main dining areas, and responded promptly to requests. i noticed the grounds were well kept.
the wifi signal was occasionally weak in some areas of the hotel's outdoor spaces.

The hotel is near the marina, this provides easy access to shops, restaurants, and boat tours. The area is generally quiet. a short taxi ride to playa blanca is available. I didn't find it expensive.

The reception staff offered a luggage service upon arrival. The room cleaning service came daily, ensuring a tidy space. i noticed a dedicated kids' club, it kept children entertained with various activities. I appreciated their engagement.
